A full property strip out and 6 metre extension done by Contemporary Construction!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially a two-bedroom terraced property, we stripped it fully (including all previous plastering) and rewired the whole electric system, installed new plumbing including the underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen. New plasterboards were fitted on the walls to even them and they were then skimmed. All windows and doors were replaced. The property layout was changed entirely and a rear 6 metre extension was added with a GRP roof (fibre, glass and resin). Roof Velux’s were fitted, as well as aluminium bifold doors leading to the garden. Movement sensor lights were added into the hallways of the property. Engineered wooden floors were fitted throughout the home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
